Placing an Order

To request a casting box please email us, call us at 800.272.6124, or fax us at 303.666.5889, and we will be happy to assist you.  If you prefer, you may use our printable order form to request your new Elite Feet.

The cost for each pair of hand crafted orthotics is $225.00 for in house molding and $245.00 for mail order.  Colorado residents pay 8.25% sales tax. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal checks.  The average turn around time at Elite Feet is 3-5 days. You can expect a total of 1½ -2 weeks, including shipping, to receive your new Elite Feet Orthotics.
